Pilotage/Towage shall be ordered from the Traffic Service by giving notice of twenty-four (24) hours, followed by a notice of twelve (12) hours. In addition, the time of arrival shall be confirmed not less than three (3) hours before arrival.

For ships departing from a port located less than twenty-four/twelve (24/12) hours’ navigation from the Port of Rønne, notice shall be given not later than at the time of departure from said port, however.

 

Pilotage from the roads to harbour and pilotage from harbour to the roads is performed by Rønne Havn A/S according to the rates in Appendix 1 (Piloting Rates).

 

Towage from the roads to harbour and towage from harbour to the roads is performed by Rønne Havn A/S according to the rates in Appendix 2 (Towage Rates).

 

Ships in excess of 25,000 GT which pay a vessel fee according to the rate stipulated in item 2.1.a of the Business Terms (DKK 2.66 per GT per call) are offered free tugboat assistance by Rønne Havn A/S’s tugboat “URSUS” at the time of arrival and departure.
