The Shipbroker Company was established in 1946.

In 1968 the Company changed name to Ejv. Hansens Eftf. when Shipbroker Svend Sommer became the Owner.
In 1988 Lejf K. Pedersen became joint Owner of the Company and the Company changed the name to Ejv. Hansens Eftf. I/S.

In 2001 Shipbroker Svend Sommer retired and Flemming K. Nielsen became joint owner of the Company.
Today the Management has two members: Lejf K. Pedersen and Flemming K. Nielsen

The main activities of the company are:
Agency in the ports of Rønne, Nexø and Vang Pier - also including cruise vessels in port and at sea and stevedoring..

Chartering, especialy North Europe trade upto 10.000 tdw for our exclusive customers and as a competive broker.
Liner:  "Bornholmsruten" with M/V "Bornholm"  weekly between Rønne, Hundested, Aalborg and Kolding Agent for Polferries: M/F "Pomerania" sails during the summer between Rønne and Swinoujscie.
