The vessel fee is to be paid at the discretion of the shipping company in either of the following amounts:

per GT for each call; or |

per GT as a monthly fee, |
| c. |

8,14 |
per GT as a monthly fee,
if the vessel is approved by the port authority as a regular liner in accordance with the rules stated in 2.4 Partial refund of ship dues paid for vessels in regular service. |
Monthly dues for a vessel shall be paid monthly in advance and shall permit an unlimited number of calls within the calendar month concerned.
Monthly dues already paid shall not be refundable even if for average or other reasons the vessel is prevented from calling at the port during the month covered by the dues. |
